Convenient location for exploring the city, just a short walk to the subway. Clean and well-equipped rooms with useful amenities like a microwave and washer-dryer. Enjoyed the great views from the higher floors. Helpful staff and easy check-in and check-out process. Would stay again.

The hotel is close to a subway station on the Ginza line, making it convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the room was really good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities were excellent, with a mini kitchen and a washing machine in the room.

I was really surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the excellent city view. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Omotesando area. The washer/dryer in the room was a convenient feature. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was excellent, right near the Gaienmae station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The view from our room on the 19th floor was simply breathtaking, and we could even see Mount Fuji! The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, like a washing machine and a fridge. The staff was friendly and even though they didn't speak much English, they were very helpful. The free Wi-Fi was fast, and we appreciated the common room where we could help ourselves to drinks and snacks. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

We loved the convenience of having a washing machine in our room, which helped save on laundry expenses. The inclusion of a microwave oven was a rare bonus. The hotel's location was great, with a drug store and 24-hour supermarket right downstairs. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff provided excellent service. It was a nice touch that they replenished these items in the morning. The lobby at the 13th floor even had a free beer and soft drink dispenser, although we discovered it ourselves during check out. The hotel's proximity to Shibuya and other attractions was also a major plus.

The hotel made us feel like VIP guests with their attentive service, so there really isn't anything negative to mention. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
